我也是用這個來燉牛肉麵的料喔
先把牛肉且塊炒一下
在倒一些醬油 與水 比例多少就要靠經驗了
然後要放一些八角 或有人用滷牛肉的滷包
如果想要增加口感的話
就放一些洋蔥 與 紅蘿蔔
我會放一些蒜頭進去一起燉煮喔
如果是用大同電鍋的話
需要燉兩次 才會軟喔
這樣另外煮一鍋麵
吃多少放多少牛肉湯與水
就變成牛肉麵啦
也可以弄成牛肉燴飯喔

我也不知道耶 一直都在找
不過發現tesco 的stewing beef就是半筋半肉了
我用這個煮牛肉麵是好吃的喔
耐得了煮上一小時!
