ya, everyone!
I am Brandon who
is currently studying at the university of Aberdeen.
My major is medical imaging and my interest is magnetic
resonance image.
I think that I am
goin to finish my study at Aberdeen in the near future.
However, I prefer to keep staying in the UK for longer
while. Therefore I am goin to apply for another postgraduate
courses in management field.
well, I am quite
happy to know new friends and to share my life experiences,
no matter good or bad. So I would like to invite everyone

Hello everyone,
I'm in my final year (third) of PhD
life in UK now. I'm a vet graduate in taiwan and came
to Uni. London to do a PhD in orthopaedics.
Hope to meet you guys one day. I
don't know many taiwanese (or even chinese) people here
(I'm the second taiwanese PhD student ever in my college...
and the first one has gone home so I guess if there's
something called RVC Tw Stu Soc. I can confer myself
as the chairman )

從國小以來,從兒童繪畫,純藝術繪畫,平面廣告出版設計到工業產品設計,一路走來,從傳統步入科技,我一直深信,這是我的興趣,也是我將來要賴以謀生的技術,這樣的信念,支持著我,將世俗認為學art&design=no
money的規條拋諸腦後~~執著也不悔~
2001年和旅行團來到英國先玩了10天熟悉環境,
之後旅行團回去,就我一人孤孤單單的開始我的留學生涯!在毫無認識人的情況下,僅只有一個在Canterbury唸語言,在hellouk上認識卻沒見過面的女孩,她是我第一個覺得在這塊異地上,還有和我流著相同血液的同鄉人!
在sheffield渡過8個月生活,有唸語言,有踏遍北英格蘭足跡,有一堆開不完的party和吃不完的中國菜,認識了一堆大陸人,和少數的台灣人,當然洋人也不少,還有見識過英國的pub
and nightclub....好多好多的回憶....
2002年拋開了sheffield糜爛又呆板的生活,轉往倫敦藝術之都!進入The London
Institute就讀電影製作,也感受到倫敦人的冷漠有別於小城鎮的熱情豪邁!說後悔也不盡然,至少倫敦對藝術的敏感與多元化,已讓我大飽眼福!
今年將入研究所課程,結束後打算繼續攻讀PhD,這時候有人會說:Art&Design也需要唸到PhD嗎?這個問題我也問過自己不下百次...不過在於家人的支持和自己也想挑戰高學歷的虛榮心作祟下,我想這個規劃藍圖,很有可能成為實際商品!
時間會證明一切的~~~

Hello 英文abc

Hello guys,
I am taking Ph.D. in the Uni. of
Warwick now. My majoy is Translation Studies, and the
research field is about the translation and movie subtitling
in Taiwan. All I have learned now is that I am doing
something disgraced in Taiwan.
This is my second year in UK because
I got MA degree at the same school last Sept. I love
my life here and enjoy doing research alone. In order
to be a nice professor one day, I am trying to do all
what I can do here and keep myself familiar with relevant
matters and issues. I deeply hope to have a great performance
in my PhD study here and work out something meaningful
and useful in the long run. That is my final goal at
this moment.
