I will be travelling to Taipei and will be doing the presentation. I would be very grateful if you could help us promote this event on the Hello UK website and facebook page. The text below provides full details of the event, including the online registration link which all students need to complete if they wish to attend. If it’s better you may translate this to mandarin so more students can understand. Please note that the pre-departure presentation is for students who have received an offer from the university (either conditional or unconditional) so please could you make this clear in your text. Students who have applied to the university but have not yet received an offer from us can meet with me at our agents offices for an appointment, see details below. Students who are new and have not made an application can also meet with me at our agent office on the dates provided below by arranging appointment with our agents. Finally I will be contacting Richard Shan our alumni association president to see if he could help me at the presentation. I would be grateful if you could contact any other good alumni who would be willing to help me, I think 3 or 4 would be sufficient. If they can, please could they contact my colleague Stephen Chand by email at: email@example.com with their name, year of graduation and the course they graduated from, telephone number. We will then be able to contact the alumni directly to confirm details. Thank you for your help Clarence, if you have any questions please contact me.
