    Our UK office in Milton Keynes is seeking for people who are willing to work in our operation department to help with daily order processing temporarily.

    Job description
    1.Order processing in ERP system - Tiptop & lead time confirmation
    2. Assist in purchasing order process
    3. Covering e-mail enquiries and incoming calls when necessary
    4. Help with sales related work assigned by the Operations Manager
    5. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager
    6. Filing sales order documents
    7. Other ad-hoc duties as and when required

    Requirement for a suitable candidate
    1. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    2. Quick learning skill.
    3. Good team worker and communication skill

    Working hour
    08:30 – 17:00 Mon to Fri (including 45mins lunch break)

    Duration
    September 2017 - December 2017

    Package
    £8.00/ per hour

    Ideal on board date
    ASAP
