Assist in purchasing order process 3. Covering e-mail enquiries and incoming calls when necessary 4. Help with sales related work assigned by the Operations Manager 5. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager 6. Filing sales order documents 7. Book in RMA returned units into the ERP system and chase regularly 8. Other ad-hoc duties as and when required Requirement for a suitable candidate 1. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. 2. Quick learning skill. 3. Good team worker and communication skill Working hour 08:30 – 17:00 Mon to Fri (including 45mins lunch break) Duration 6 months; rolling contract after 6 months is possible.
